3.1 An application pursuant to the form of the Lao Securities Commission Office;
3.2 A residence certificate;
3.3 A copy of identity card or passport;
3.4 A certificate of criminal record not exceeding 3 months;
3.5 3 photos not exceeding 3 months, size 3x4 ;
3.6 A copy of a certificate passed examination of professional course with score record;
3.7 A copy of employment contract between the securities company and an employee;
3.8 A copy of a certificate passed examination of related Lao PDR laws for foreign
securities business professional.
